“FM99’s Rockstar Mom Photo Contest” is an online contest that will occur on FM99.com from 4/28/14 at 12:00am through 5/11/14 (hereinafter referred to as “contest”).

A Contestant may enter contest online at www.fm99.com by clicking on the “Rockstar Mom Photo Contest”  image, then the filling out a submission form and submitting one photo starting 4/28/14 at 12:00am through 5/11/14 at 11:59pm.

B. The woman in the photo must be a mother or step-mother.

C. The person submitting the photo must be submitting one of herself or must be submitting a photo of their mother, step-mother, or wife and must have the permission of the woman in the photo to be entered into the contest.

D. One entry per person; must be 18 or older.

E. WNOR has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. Inappropriate photos will be disqualified.

F. Any photographs submitted to WNOR becomes the property of WNOR and may be used in any manner we feel appropriate in the future.

G. 1 grand prizewinner will be chosen (by WNOR station staff), at random on 5/12/14 and notified that day by telephone. Winner will receive: Dinner cruise for 2 aboard Spirit of Norfolk (value $113.80); $200 gift card to Platinum Salon; $250 gift card to Mutherocker.com; 4 tickets plus VIP Club access and VIP Parking for Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden August 5th at Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach (value $118); a 4-pack of tickets to an upcoming Tides game (value $58)

The total value of the prize package is $739.80.

H. All general FM99 contest rules apply and can be viewed at FM99.com. WNOR contests are open to all eligible residents who live or work within 75 miles from our offices who are 18 or older have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WNOR , Tidewater Communications,. LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WNOR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Prizes will be available for pick up starting 5/12/14 at the WNOR studios, 870 Greenbrier Circle, Ste. 399, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Concert tickets may not be available until closer to the date of the show.
