WNOR “National EMS Week” Contest 2014

1. How to enter and participate
From 5/19/14 at 12:00am through 6/1/14 at 11:59pm, entrants must go to the “National EMS Week” contest page on FM99.com and fill out the form, including a brief description of why you (or the EMS worker you are nominating) should win the catered party. One entry per person. WNOR has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website and each written submission will need to be approved by WNOR. Inappropriate submissions will be disqualified.

4.The extent, nature and value of the prizes
1 winner will receive a catered lunch from Dickey's BBQ and Dunkin Donuts for 25 people! Date and time of lunch to be determined by winner and Dickey’s BBQ

5. Basis for the valuation of the prizes
$450 (based upon per person price of catering)

6. Time and means of selection of winner
On 6/2/14, a WNOR staffer will randomly choose 1 winner and notify that person by phone.

7. Eligibility restrictions
In order to quality for this contest, the person nominated must be an EMS worker or any member of a firehouse crew. They can be either paid or volunteer. This contest is open to all eligible Virginia and North Carolina residents who live or work within 75 miles from our offices and are 21 or older who have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WNOR, Tidewater Communications, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WNOR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

8. When prizes will be awarded
Prize will be awarded on 6/2/14. Date of lunch party to be determined by Dickey’s BBQ and winner
