WNOR Ugly Tattoo Contest Rules 2015

Listeners may enter the “Ugly Tattoo” contest online at FM99.com by filling out a submission form and submitting one photo starting Monday, 1/12/15 at 12:00am through Sunday, 1/25/15 at 11:59pm. The tattoo in the photograph must be on the person submitting the entry. One entry per person; must be 18 or older.   WNOR has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. Inappropriate photos will be disqualified. Any photographs submitted to WNOR become property of WNOR and may be used in any manner we feel appropriate in the future.

Listeners can vote once per day for the tattoo that they think is the ugliest once per day from 1/26/15 at 12:00pm through 2/1/15 at 11:59pm. Voters must be registered use of UPICKEM to participate.  Upickem voting language:  Voters may submit one vote per person, per day, per valid email address during the voting period. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, WNOR reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion.

On 2/2/15, a WNOR staff member will tabulate the votes. The photo with the highest number of votes will be determined the first place winner and entrant will receive a $1000 certificate to Erase the Canvas, 304 Bulifants Boulevard, Suite 201, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The photo with the second highest number of votes will be determined the second place winner and entrant will receive a $500 certificate to Erase the Canvas. If 2 or more photos receive the same number of votes, a random drawing amongst those entrants will conducted by a WNOR staff member to determine the 1^st and 2^nd place winners. All entrants will receive a $100 certificate to Erase the Canvas via email. Total gift prizes for 1^st and 2^nd place to be awarded: $1500. 1^st and 2^nd place winners will be notified by telephone. We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days after winning.

WNOR contests are open to all eligible Hampton Roads and northeast North Carolina residents who live or work within 75 miles of the station 18 or older who have not won anything on WNOR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WNOR, Tidewater Communications, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WNOR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
