Official Rules
1. FM99’s “Meet the Stanley Cup Contest” (the “Contest”) is conducted by Tidewater Communications, LLC, licensee of Station WNOR [collectively referred to herein as “FM99/WNOR” which includes Saga Communications, Inc.]. This describes an online contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) that FM99/WNOR will conduct from [2/21/11] until [2/24/11 at 12:00pm] in which nine Contestants will be randomly chosen to come to the FM99 studios on 2/25/11 from 7:00am – 9:00am to have their picture taken with the Stanley Cup. In addition, the 9 winners will each win a pair of tickets the Admirals game on 2/25/11 at 7:30pm at Norfolk Scope.
FM99/WNOR is not responsible if the Stanley Cup does not arrive during its scheduled time of 7:00am – 9:00am on 2/25/11. FM99/WNOR will not be required to reschedule the Stanley Cup appearance nor be required to provide winners with another prize should the Stanley Cup not arrive during its scheduled time.
2. How to Win:
A. Contestant may enter Contest online at www.fm99.com by completing a Registration Form and submitting to the site one photo by [2/24/11] at 12:00pm.
B. The photo must be of the person entering the contest with a cup.
C. The cup may be any type of cup the contestant comes up with. All entries must be tasteful; no nudity is allowed.
D. Contest is only open to people 18 years of age and older.
E. Photo submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. FM99/WNOR may, in its absolute discretion, request proof that the photo is owned by the Contestant submitting it and that the Contestant submitting it has the right to use the photo for all purposes and to authorize FM99/WNOR to use the photo. Should the Contestant submitting the photo fail to provide proof of ownership to the satisfaction of FM99/WNOR, that Contestant will be disqualified and the photo will be removed from the web site.
F. FM99/WNOR has the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, what content is appropriate for the website and to reject and/or delete any material submitted which is determined to be inappropriate.
G. Any photographs submitted to FM99/WNOR become the property of FM99/WNOR and may be used in the future in any manner FM99/WNOR sees fit.
H. Winners will be chosen at random from all of the eligible photos submitted.
I. FM99/WNOR has the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, who will be the winner of the contest.
J. Winners of the contest will be chosen on [2/24/11] and will be contacted by phone/email.
K. All general FM99 contest rules apply.
UPICKEM and fm99 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
FM99 reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
This contest is officially sponsored by FM99.
