“Kiss –Crue Correspondent” Contest Official Rules
1. FM99 WNOR’s “Kiss –Crue Correspondent Contest” is an online contest that will occur from 3/26/12 – 4/15/12 (hereinafter referred to as the “contest”) in which 1 winner will be chosen as FM99’s Kiss –Crue Correspondent
2.Prize: One contestant will win: 2 premium tickets to show at Jiffy Lube Live! on 7/20/12; One hotel room for one night near Jiffy Lube Live!; Access to VIP Correspondent hospitality area, including correspondent press pack; Camera; $99 in gas money; 2 premium tickets to show at Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach on 7/21/12. ARV of prize is $1000 (according to promoter Live Nation who is providing it).
3. How to Enter:
A. Contestant may enter contest online at www.FM99.com by filling out a submission form and submitting a video starting Monday, 3/26/12 through Sunday 4/8/12 at 11:59pm.
B. The person submitting the video must be the person in the video.
C. In the video, the contestant must act like he/she is a news correspondent from a Kiss/Motley Crue show and must “report” on what's going on.
B. FM99 reserves the right to reject any video that contains material deemed inappropriate. All decisions made by FM99 staff and management are final.
E. If you submit a link, it must link to a video. By submitting a video, you are confirming that it is an original video and that you are not in violation of any copyright laws.
F. Videos must be no longer than 60 seconds in length.
G. One entry per person; must be 18 or older.
H. WNOR has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website.
I. Any videos submitted to WNOR become property of WNOR and may be used in any manner we feel fit in the future.
J. Listeners may rate the videos on a scale of one to ten (ten being highest) online once per day from 4/9/12 through 4/15/12 by 11:59pm. The video with the highest average rating will be determined the winner of the grand Prize.
K. WNOR has the final say as to who is the winner of the contest.
L. All general WNOR contest rules apply.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by phone or email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If fm99 cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
fm99 reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
fm99 reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of fm99, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to fm99 the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
fm99 reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or fm99. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and fm99 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
fm99 reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
